What this tool does

CleanSweep Task Manager gives cleaning businesses a visual workflow for moving jobs from new leads and quotes through scheduling, active service, quality checks, completion, and follow-up. It also keeps a crew list, recurring cleaning schedules, job priority, service details, assigned technicians, and next-service dates in one workspace.

How to use this tool

1. Add crew members and technicians in Our Cleaning Crew so they can be assigned to jobs.
2. Create regular schedules with a client or service description, daily/weekly/bi-weekly/monthly frequency, preferred day, and optional time.
3. Choose Add New Job and enter the client, address or job ID, service instructions, assigned crew, scheduled date and time, priority, and follow-up date.
4. Drag job cards through the six workflow columns: New Leads / Quotes, Confirmed / Scheduled, En Route / In Progress, Quality Check / Walkthrough, Invoiced / Completed, and Follow-Up / Issues.
5. Export job data as JSON for a backup or import a previously exported JSON file to restore it.

Inputs

Inputs include crew names, client or service descriptions, recurring frequency and timing, client or job identifiers, cleaning instructions, crew assignments, scheduled date and time, priority, follow-up dates, and exported JSON files.

Outputs

The output is an editable cleaning operations board with crew records, active recurring schedules, job cards, status columns, priorities, and follow-up information. The Export Job Data (JSON) action downloads a backup of the app data. Records are stored in this browser's local storage; there is no built-in cloud synchronization, payment processing, or invoicing system.
